Note: You may submit up to three pieces of art to be displayed. The second and third pieces of art are optional. At least one piece will be displayed. You do not have to use the piece you submitted on your open studio entry form, but must bring the artwork you that you enter the information for on this entry form when you check in.
If you are an Art Trails artist that has not paid for an individual artist listing for the Open Studio Tour, a $25 show fee is required in order to participate in the show at the Jewish Community Center. Please make your check payable to ART TRAILS. If you will be mailing your payment please mail your check to: Cynthia Jones, 2961 W Goret Rd, Tucson, AZ, 85745. Otherwise please bring your check with you on December 17, 2019 when you drop off your art work at the JCC.
Participating artists must follow the conditions of the JCC Art Gallery Contract. You will need to sign a copy of the artist contract when you deliver your piece. Please read the contract carefully before signing as it has essential information concerning the sales, insurance and show information.
Deliver Art to JCC on December 17 - 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Label your pieces for identification with Artist Name, picture title, medium, and your phone number. For hangable pieces tape the label on the back of your piece (on the upper left hand corner as you face the back of the piece). For 3-D works place a tag at a findable place. We will be providing the JCC an inventory of the works in the show. In the address section you should provide the address and contact number for the JCC to contact you to send you your check should you make a sale.
Pick up art on January 30 - time of pickup will be provided when you drop-off your art and/or by email once it is set.
