Note: You may bring up to two pieces of art to be displayed. A second piece of art is optional. At least one piece will be displayed. You do not have to use the piece you submitted on your open studio entry form, but must bring the artwork you selected for this show and entered the information for when you check in.
Registration for the Preview Show is closed. If you are already registered as of January 7, 2019, the dates for drop-off and pickup are listed below. In addition, see the requirements for signing the JCC Art Gallery contract in the next paragraph. The website entry form entered you in the show, but you still need to sign a paper copy of the contract.
Participating artists must follow the conditions of the JCC Art Gallery Contract. Please print a copy of the contract and bring a signed paper copy of it with you when you deliver your piece on January 25. You can also bring a signed copy to the January 7, 2019 meeting. If you do not have the ability to print it we will provide you a hard copy when you deliver your piece or you can pick one up and/or sign it at the meeting. Deliver Art to JCC on January 25 - 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Label your pieces for identification with Artist Name, picture title, medium, and your phone number. For hangable pieces tape the label on the back of your piece (on the upper left hand corner as you face the back of the piece). For 3-D works place a tag at a findable place. We will be providing the JCC an inventory of the works in the show. In the address section you should provide the address and contact number for the JCC to contact you to send you your check should you make a sale.
Pick up art after the reception on February 10 - 4:00 PM.
